Health Guarantee

Breeder certifies that:

• Dog is healthy at the time of sale

• Dog has received age appropriate vaccinations and deworming.

• Veterinary health record provided

Breeder guarantees the puppy to be in the best possible health and free of any communicable diseases. If at the Initial Exam any genetic problems or previously undetected diseases are found, Buyer may return the Dog to Breeder for a full refund (upon Owner providing a signed letter on official letterhead from the veterinarian. This does not include worms, fleas, mites, coccidiosis, giardia, or any other parasites as these are common in pups and are typically easily treated. 

 

 After the Initial Exam, if the dog is found to have a life threatening genetic defect before 1 year of age, buyer shall notify the breeder and provide a written statement from a licensed vet describing the dog’s condition and all required paperwork to breeder within 3 days of the exam whereby Breeder agrees to replace the dog with the next available puppy of the same sex of the original puppy after the Dog is returned to Seller. 

 

Before return of the Dog, Seller requires (i) a signed letter on official letterhead from the veterinarian who diagnosed the genetic problem stating the specific genetic problem diagnosed; and (ii) a writing from Owner granting permission to speak with the veterinarian about the Dog. Seller reserves the right to have the diagnosis verified by a veterinarian of Seller’s choice at the Seller’s expense. Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills or any charges related to the Dog after it has been delivered to Owner. Neither is Seller responsible for any shipping charges that may be involved in returning the Dog to Seller as required in this Guarantee.

 

This Guarantee will be extended to 2 years if Owner agrees to administer NuVet Plus Supplement wafers/vitamins as a daily regime for healthy bone growth.
